SURVEY RESULTS

Summary Extract of Survey Results:

CORPORATE GOAL: 54% reported that they have a stated corporate goal to go paperless.

STATUS: Only 7% reported that they were where they wanted to be with paperless initiatives.

PAPER FILES: Were reported by 53% to be costly and 31% to be risky.

No one (zero) reported that their property management system does what they need.

PMS INTEGRATION: 62% stated that integration with property management systems was a requirement.

PLANS: 46% said they plan to do more beginning in 2015.

OBSTACLES: Only 23% said legal issues were an obstacle. 46% reported that other higher priorities were an obstacle.

EXPERIENCE: Lower operational costs were actually identified by 50% of those who are doing paperless initiatives.

PRIORITIES: Major priorities for paperless would be: Contracts at 67% and Construction at 46%. 38% reported that they would start with invoices.

RESIDENT EXPECTATIONS: 46% stated that residents expect it.

DRIVERS: 67% reported that they could take better operational advantage of related systems and technologies if they were more paperless.
